God looked around His garden and found an empty place. He then looked down upon the
earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God’s
garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. He saw the road was getting rough
and the hills were hard to climb, so He closed your weary eyelids and whispered “Peace
be thine”. It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone, for part of us went with
you the day God called you home.
Katherine V. McFall, 74, of Naples, FL and formerly of St. Joseph, MI passed away peacefully surrounded by her family as the sun rose on Saturday May 7, 2011. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, William W. McFall Jr.; four children, Kimberly (David) Hedstrom of Ft. Myers, FL, William (Stacy) McFall III of Lake in the Hills, IL, Bradley (Melanie) McFall of St. Charles, IL, and Tamela Bundy of St. Joseph, MI; one brother Robert (Marnie) Page of Rockford, IL; 11 grandchildren Michelle, Renee, and Sean Castady, Tanya, Billy, Brandon, and Nicky McFall, Ashley and Kevin McFall, Justin and Trevor Bundy; one great grandchild Alexis McFall, and 11 nieces and nephews.
Katherine was extremely devoted to her husband and family, she fought an intensive battle against Breast Cancer. The family will hold a private memorial service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in her honor.
